Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk or heavy cream

- Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
