Ingredients

  • 40 Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Sea salt (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Take one Ritz cracker and spread a generous layer of peanut butter on one side.
  2. Place another Ritz cracker on top, gently pressing down to create a sandwich. Repeat for all crackers.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  4. Dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate, ensuring a full coat. Let excess chocolate drip off before placing on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  6. Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
  7. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature!

Notes

For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter or cookie butter.
