  • ¼ cup plain breadcrumbs  
  • 1 large egg  
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley  
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill  
  • ½ teaspoon dried chives  
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder  
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder  
  • ½ teaspoon salt  
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper  
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, guacamole  
  • 4 pretzel buns (or your favorite burger buns)

Instructions

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, dill, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently just until combined.  
  • 2. Divide the mixture into 4 to 6 equal portions. Shape each into a patty about ½ inch thick.  
  • 3. Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium and lightly oil the surface.  
  • 4. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.  
  • 5. Serve warm on toasted buns with your choice of toppings, or wrap in lettuce for a low-carb version.
