- ¼ cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ½ teaspoon dried chives
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, guacamole
- 4 pretzel buns (or your favorite burger buns)
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, dill, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently just until combined.
- 2. Divide the mixture into 4 to 6 equal portions. Shape each into a patty about ½ inch thick.
- 3. Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium and lightly oil the surface.
- 4. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- 5. Serve warm on toasted buns with your choice of toppings, or wrap in lettuce for a low-carb version.
