Pretzel Rolo Pecan

Description

 A quick, three-ingredient treat combining crunchy pretzels, gooey caramel-filled Rolos, and buttery pecans for the perfect sweet and salty bite.


Ingredients

  • 24 small pretzels (square or mini pretzels work best)

  • 24 Rolo candies, unwrapped

  • 24 pecan halves


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).

  2. Arrange the pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Place one Rolo candy on top of each pretzel, centering it for even melting.

  4. Bake for 3-5 minutes until the Rolos soften but do not completely melt.

  5. Press a pecan half gently onto each softened Rolo, flattening it slightly.

  6. Cool at room temperature until set, or place in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to speed up the process.

Notes

Swap Rolos with Hershey’s Kisses or caramel-filled chocolates for variations. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top for extra flavor contrast. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months.
