This high-protein buffalo chicken dip is creamy, spicy, and guilt-free — perfect for parties or snack time!
Made with Greek yogurt, lean chicken, and melty cheese for a lighter yet totally satisfying bite.
Ingredients
2–3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup buffalo sauce
Optional: chopped green onions, parsley, or fresh herbs for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce until smooth and well combined.
3. Stir in shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, reserving a small handful for topping.
4. Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish and spread the mixture evenly inside.
5. Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top.
6. Bake for about 25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and slightly golden on top.
7. Let the dip cool for a few minutes, garnish with green onions or parsley if desired, and serve with veggie sticks, pita chips, or crackers.
