Ingredients

  • 125 ml cranberry juice (100% juice, no added sugar)
  • 125 ml sparkling water or flavored soda water (lime or orange)
  • Crushed ice (enough to fill half a glass)
  • Optional garnishes: lime or orange slices, fresh cranberries, mint sprig, sugared rim

Instructions

1. Chill your glass in the freezer for a few minutes if desired.

2. Fill the glass about halfway with crushed ice.

3. Pour in 125 ml of chilled cranberry juice.

4. Top with 125 ml of sparkling water or flavored soda water.

5. Stir gently to mix, preserving the fizz.

6. Garnish with lime or orange slices, fresh cranberries, or mint. Add a sugared rim for a festive touch.
